Murals

Gwyn's artistic skills aren't restricted to the small canvas or artboard, she has proved her adaptability with numerous mural commissions, of which we present a small selection over the two gallery pages here (see below).

"Murals are joyous things, creating sometimes magical worlds in which we can live for a while. People generally think that murals have to cover a whole wall; but it can be such fun to have something quite modest in size, painted in an unexpected place. I have a few mad things scattered around my house, like a full-blown Corinthian pillar painted at the bottom of the stairs! It's fantastic fun, and is a great conversation piece. I wish more people would be a bit more adventurous, but I guess they are just unaware of the amazing possibilities!"
